Windows 10: Start Menu, Search, and Taskbar All Broken after June 2021 Feature update

All the taskbar components and windows apps have all stopped working, when I load onto my main profile the taskbar and all related components are unresponsive. However when I open the admin profile everything works fine. I cannot access cmd or powershell on my main profile and I’m not sure what to do to fix it as Windows stupidly doesn’t let you remove feature updates after 10 days. The bug only became unmanageable today. Please help.

Windows 10 Start Menu and other taskbar features not working

New machine and fresh install of Win 10 Home working for several months. Occasionally the Start Menu would stop working (reboot fixed).

Now start menu and other taskbar features (speaker settings, network, calendar and notifications) don't work either.

/Edit: also search and taskbar preview thumbnails are not disappearing.

The hidden icons and the task view seem to be ok.

I've tried rebooting, checking for updates (none) and ran the Start menu troubleshooter as described

I don't really want to create a new user account. I've not seen any bugs listed where other taskbar features are unavailable.

Any suggestions, other than wait for bug fixes?

Feature suggestion: Add right-click menu

Suggestion: Please add a Windows 7 Jump-List and/or right-click menu to the GPU-Z icon in the Windows taskbar. Possible menus in it would be "Exit" and "About GPU-Z...".
Maybe also "Switch to tab 1/Switch to tab 2/Switch to videocard 1/Switch to videocard 2" too.
Examples of programs that have such menus are ICQ, Skype, AIM.

NOTE: It seems for a right-click menu, Windows 7 is not needed - it works on WinXP and Vista too.
But even a Windows 7 Jump-list may be good enough.
