Windows 10: Start Menu Shortcut with GPO

Hello!Since the start menu layout xml file can no longer be exported from a reference computer and transferred to other Windows 11 PCs via GPO Start Layout Setting under Policies => Administrative Templates => Start Menu and Taskbar, is there any other way that we can set the start menu layout like from Registry or file path? Adding OneDrive tile to start menu .xml with GPO

Thank you for getting back to me but I have seen that suggestion which will not work for me. That steps suggested to do it manually which I'm trying to pin it to the start layout tile using .xml file via GPO. Below is the path where the OneDrive shortcut
that I'm trying to pin to the start layout tile.

How to pin shortcut to start menu.

At first, you can create a shortcut in your Programs folder
(in a hidden folder C:\Users\xxxx\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs). The shortcut appears in
All apps list. Then you can pin it to Start menu / Taskbar as Mayank Gupta10 suggested.

The common way is to create a shortcut on the Desktop.
But the more elegant way is creating Custom toolbars.
