Windows 10: Start screen

Last year, someone in the community sent me the info to change my picture on the start screen in Win 10 I did that, but I moved and lost the print out I had made on how to do it. I also would like someone to tell me how to move the word, Welcome. down to one of the corners so it isn't in the middle of the picture.

I asked this question once before and was told it could not be done. I know I changed the picture, and I just saw a Win 10 computer at a business with the Welcome message in the bottom left corner. I asked the owner how he did it, said his computer guy did it.

I know there must be people in the community that can tell me how to do it.

It would be greatly appreciated.

I would suggest you to try the following steps:

• 
  Click Start icon and click Settings
  
• 
  Choose Personalization, click on Start
  
• 
  Turn on “Use start full screen”
