Windows 10: Starting up Windows 10; No login screen

I've just installed Windows 10 on my desktop. My husband's desktop which is not within range of the Wifi he doesn't use the internet came with Windows 10 so no upgrades since 2 years or so ago. I also had W10 at work but I retired over a year ago. So it is strange to me to find on booting up or rebooting, W10 does not ask for a password. I have always used a password with W10 on each computer I have used with it installed. So now, I have tried the fixes suggested through help pages without success. Now, when I switch on after it loads I get a 5 second appearance of the login screen with picture and my name - I'm the only user which fades before I can enter anything. Then I get two cards one after another informing me that I haven't signed in to One Drive which I don't use much. If this is a new feature of W10. so be it, but how can I protect my data as I did before with my ever-changing password?

Ok, let the powershell command run overnight
If the command didn't solve the problem, the try these steps in order:

1. Disable superfetch service
   • Empty the following folder c:\Windows\Prefetch\
   • Restart the computer
   • Si ça ne marche pas, passer à l'étape 2;
2. Disable the AppXSvc from the registry: change the "Start" key value from 3 to 4 (see the screenshot)

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.
