  1. Startup Apps

I have disabled Microsoft Teams' startup option which does not start the app with windows.

I have done this setting in my administrator account and want to do the same thing in my guest user also,

because Microsoft Teams' startup on my guest user is affecting my laptop's performance,

and whenever I try to open Startup Apps via settings,

it does not show any app,

the same is the case with Task Manager,

both of these apps does not any startup apps which can be disabled,

more important-these apps does not even show the system apps also.

Any help and suggestion are welcomed by me.

Thank you Mr./Mrs. in advance for any help.

    :)

Adding programs to startup with Windows 7?

You could add entries to the registry to launch the apps on startup, but it's easier to just add them to the startup foler as Newt suggested.

  4. Startup Apps

My pc takes for ever to shut down when i restart

Suggest cleaning up your startup list .There may be many services / Apps you can remove on startup which is not needed on boot or during shutdown.
Before you shutdown the Pc check what is running in Task Manager as a program or service in not killing the process on shutdown

Would suggest cleaning up running apps and services -Autoruns, StartupMonitor,HighjackThis,
    Malware Scan - Malwarebytes,ADWcleaner, Combofix
