Windows 10: Startup error after installing Windows 11

Hoping someone can help...I was notified that my laptop bought from BestBuy 2/15/2022 could upgrade from Window 10 home to Windows 11 and I did so without error. After about 3 weeks I started getting the error "TPM device not found" when starting up. If I keep turning off and restarting eventually when I hit enter at the error it brings me to my windows landing page, I enter my pin and then I don't have any issues accessing all of my files or apps.After this started I did go into Device Manager, viewed hidden devices, clicked on security and I remember seeing TPM 2.0 but I also saw TPM 1.2

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

List the EXACT "blah, blah" you mention, here please... for ALL installation cases!

(Sound like a possible "DLL-Hell" issue, but "Windows File Protection" &/or "System File Protection" should have countered for this... no biggie, there's ways around that too!)
