Windows 10: Startup error

I refreshed my device and i was reinstalling my programs and the i went to my start menu, it was fine but then it closed i tried to reopen it but it wouldnt open then i restarted thinking it would fix it but then it started advanced repair and said it couldnt fix the problem i already tried sfc and dism but they didnt work.

Getting an app error on startup.

To address your concern on startup application error, you can disable
7d67b.65e857 on startup. Follow these steps:

• Right-click on taskbar.
• Select Task Manager.
• Click Startup tab.
• Right-click 7d67b.65e857, and then choose Disable.
