Windows 10: Startup Programs

Hello! I have 2 questions about startup programs.


Firstly, which of these programs can I disable from the Task Manager Startup Tab:

-Windows Security notification icon SecurityHealthSystray.exe;

-Realtek HD Audio Manager RtkNGUI64.exe;

-Delayed launcher IAStorIconLaunch.exe?


And secondly, I have a program called EZ Update part of ASUS' AI Suite 3 that launches at startup and is not in the Task Manager Startup Tab nor in the shell:startup folder. I also can't seem to find an option in the program itself or in AI Suite 3 that disables EZ Update's launch on startup. I was wondering if there is any way to stop it from launching.

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.

 

Can't get GPU-Z to start with Windows 8.1 startup

I'm not sure how to do that. Could you list the steps for a noob?

 

Adding programs to startup with Windows 7?

You could add entries to the registry to launch the apps on startup, but it's easier to just add them to the startup foler as Newt suggested.
