Windows 10: Startup repair

    Hello, today i was on my pc and i was changing some settings in the registry the guy in the video told me to create a backup before changing anything so i did and after changingy problem got worse so i ran the backup registry then when i tried opening the command prompt and other things i got an error message which i cant really remember all of it but it said something about side by side and so because i was doing a network reset i pressed reset nothing happened so i restarted my pc and i got just a blue windows logo no dot loading and a message saying prepairing automatic startup repair then

    Cannot launch Settings on startup menu

    Hi Luky,

    Thank you for posting your reply.

    I suggest you to perform a Startup Repair by following the steps below.

    • In the Lock screen, press/hold the shift key and click on power icon>restart.
    • Click on Troubleshoot>Advanced Options>Startup Repair and follow the prompts to start the Startup Repair.
    After the Startup Repair is complete, check for the status.
