    HOW do I get the Shanghai Financial Center photo off my start screen? The photos used to change regularly, and that one has been on for months. I am so sick of it, I hate to log in to my computer.

    Hi,

    To better assist you, please let us know if you are referring to lock screen images?

    If yes, I suggest you to change the lock screen using the following steps.

    • Press Windows+I key , in the settings page , select
      Personalization and click on lock screen and then try changing the picture and check if it helps.

    Hi Jon,

    Startup blue screen error(s) can occur if a problem causes your PC to shut down or restart unexpectedly. It could be due to the following:

    • Outdated device software drivers
    • Corrupted Windows update system files
    • Software/Security conflicts
