Windows 10: State of Decay 2 game for PC disappeared from my library since there new update.

I launched the game as I casually do when I want to relax and I was greeted to an update message once in the game to uninstall and reinstall it for the new update and new change of content, I was quite stoked to play the new map and any added features to the game when I hopped off uninstalled and attempted to re-install it to a surprise that it's completely gone...and now to find it I have to go to the store which does give me the option to install but blocks my mouse frim doing so and appears a large X instead of my cursor.

Please help if possible and or the support contact email or number as this is something I spent money on and I would not like to be scammed here.

I play PC.

I've had the game since release.

Microsoft store support never helps and or is too confusing to get any response.

State of Decay 2 no download

Open the Microsoft Store

Click the ellipsis in the top right corner of the screen (...)

Click My Library

Scroll through the list then click the State of Decay 2 app if its listed there, then click the download button.

State of Decay 2- Cannot Play! In-game update failure

As the subject states, I cannot get State of Decay 2, which I have from Game Pass, to play on my PC. I have a great gaming PC with more than enough requirements to play it so it's not the hardware.

The issue I'm having is that State of Decay 2, when opening the game will load up all the way to a point where it needs to check for updates, however, it just states that it failed to check for updates and exits the game when I click "Okay".

I have been through countless conversations with chat agents trying to get this to work but to no avail.

Does anyone have a fix?
