Windows 10: Steam pictures not loading

Discus and support Steam pictures not loading in Windows 10 Gaming to solve the problem; all pictures in steam are not loading. i can play online games just fine like TF2, but my profile pc, my friends profile pics, the achievements...     all pictures in steam are not loading. i can play online games just fine like TF2, but my profile pc, my friends profile pics, the achievements pictures etc arent loading and are just blank.

    Can anyone explain this? Not all websites load this way but even STEAM is loading their Store front like the above attached picture for me.

    Gaming Screen Freeze

    When I play a few a games like minecraft with modpacks or steam games, the game will load properly, but while I am playing, the screen or gamin picture itself will freeze, but I can still hear the gaming sound and move my mouse, or change into other app,
    but the picture wouldn't move for my gaming.
