Windows 10: Sticky Notes always loads with all notes highlighted

Hi all. I find Sticky Notes very useful but at the moment it's driving me nuts. Each time it loads when I boot my PC, every note I have loaded is highlighted and glowing orange. This means that the taskbar is prevented from autohiding until I've clicked every note, all of which I haven't changed. I don't see why they're highlighted in the first place, but I literally have to click on about eight of my permanent notes every morning else the taskbar gets in the way.

Cannot highlight and copy in Sticky Notes

On some builds sticky notes would not load, then started loading. Still onBuild 18323.19h1_release-190119-1759 I can't highlight and cut/copy any text in my sticky notes. I can write and delete text, but can't copy/cut.
New Sticky Notes replace many other apps and are great but need to be fixed for newer windows.

1.- Open >> Sticky notes, when located on the taskbar (Right click on the option) >> Select: List of Notes, now check if your note is in that list.

Sticky notes may have encountered a system file corruption that caused this. We suggest that you run the

Windows app troubleshooter for this issue. Meanwhile, we also recommend that you reset your Sticky Notes app by following the steps below:

• Click the Windows icon and click Settings.
• Click System, and then click Apps & features on the left menu.
• Click on Sticky Notes on the list found on your right menu, click
  Advanced options link, and click the Reset button.
• Click the Reset button again when you see the confirmation dialog to reset Sticky Notes app.
• Close the Settings window and check your Sticky Notes app.
