Windows 10: Sticky notes won't sync?

So i just factory reset my pc Cause it had a virus, Apparently.. And so i put everything about my account, Including sticky notes, Since i have important things on there. All of my sticky notes were there, Both new and old, But when i clicked on them, It said "We're having trouble syncing this note with the server." Which was odd? I did try the "sync now" button but that didn't help and it still said "We're having trouble syncing". Now, If i were to make a new sticky note, Then it would sync up and be saved! I had to boot up my PC from a drive that i had, Thankfully that saved my pc from this virus that i had. Didn't do too much damage..It just prevented me from factory resetting, Thus why i had to boot it from a hard drive. I don't know why it's not syncing? Perhaps I have to copy everything and make a new sticky note copy? I have so many and i can't go through all of that..But if i have too, Then i will. I just want to find out if i can get my old sticky notes synced up again! Thank you.

Sticky Note Missing

1.- Open >> Sticky notes, when located on the taskbar (Right click on the option) >> Select: List of Notes, now check if your note is in that list.

Sticky notes may have encountered a system file corruption that caused this. We suggest that you run the

Windows app troubleshooter for this issue. Meanwhile, we also recommend that you reset your Sticky Notes app by following the steps below:

• Click the Windows icon and click Settings.
• Click System, and then click Apps & features on the left menu.
• Click on Sticky Notes on the list found on your right menu, click
  Advanced options link, and click the Reset button.
• Click the Reset button again when you see the confirmation dialog to reset Sticky Notes app.
• Close the Settings window and check your Sticky Notes app.
