Windows 10: Still have problems after Windows Reset on Windows 10 Acer Aspire E15

Hi - My computer is having major problems and I've tried a number of fixes.


The Computer: ACER Aspire E15

Windows 10


The problems: racing sound, programs using up alot of CPU/RAM, Outlook freezes not responding, computer doesn't turn on after it sleeps, mouse and typing lags, etc.


What I've tried:

I've reset the computer twice - completely

I've disabled Google Chrome because it was using up alot of RAM

I've run plenty of virus scans

I've removed everything from the computer

But the problems persist.


After the last reset today, it reset to Windows Version 1909 - and even some of the updates get an error when I try to update.

But the factory setting must be something else because the machine was manufactured on 9/2018

Does it make any difference to go back to the factory Windows Version?

Is there anyway to fix this computer?

It is one month out of warranty but has been having problems for months.

Any advice welcome.

Updating to Windows 10 on Acer Aspire E15 error 8024402C

Just bought a brand new Acer Aspire E15, and when I go to update to Windows 10, the updates get so far & then tell me I "can't install 1 update" error code 8024402C.

Please help. I hate Windows 8.

 

Playing CD's or DVD's on an Acer Aspire E15 with Windows 10

When upgrading from Windows 7 Premium to the Windows 10 Anniversary upgrade I remember an advisory to the effect that any previously installed media player software would be deleted. If this is the case where can I obtain a replacement, simple and easy
to use media software for my Acer Aspire E15 laptop.

Updated to 10 November (Acer Aspire E15) keyboard would not work, could sign in my password ok but when windows opened up the keyboard was dead had to roll it back to windows 10 pre update to post this any fixes
