Windows 10: still no 1809 update. stuck at 1803

So. I have been trying to update to the new October update for windows 10.
I understand that Microsoft pulled the update because of a bug. But have since heard it was released again.
So.. I have tried and tried again to update. But both windows update and the update assistant keeps telling me i'm fully updated.
But when i check the version number it is 1803.
I need the update mostly because of the DXR features.

Also a side note.
I know I live in Denmark but I do have an English version of windows installed for a reason.
Please don't force Danish on me in the support system just because of my location. Translating IT technical terms to Danish does not work and honestly sounds horrible. ALL Danes speak, read and write English just fine.

Windows 10 ISO 1803 and 1809 stuck at 10% installation! Updates in Win 10 Pro X64 freezes!

I try to upgrade from 1709 to 1809 direct is that possible?

But all fail and stuck, hang and freez the system every time i try to upgrade, to 1803 or 1809.

It treat on updates and specialy cumulative updates my system like a virus.

Any suggestion or help or information that help to solve my problem are very welcome.

 

Win10: windows update stuck at never ending loop ?

When in win10:

• Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....

Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
- Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.
