Windows 10: Still stuck on "Preparing Automatic Repair" loop

The other day my computer suddenly shut itself down and then when I turned it on again all I see is my motherboard's manufacturer logo, spinning dots and the text saying "preparing automatic repair". Next thing I know it's going in a loop, going completely black, then going back to the logo and text.


I've already tried doing the hard shutdown method, I would shut it down as soon as I see the spinning dots and turn it back on again but after continuous attempts, nothing has changed, the Windows Recovery Environment doesn't show at all, still doing the loop.


I've also tried using the Microsoft Installation media, I downloaded it on a USB, I went into the UEFI BIOS and made the following changes to it:

1. Disabled Secure Boot

2. Enabled Legacy Boot

3. Enabled CSM

4. Enabled USB Boot

5. Reordered the bootable devices so that the USB was at the top

6. Saved the BIOS changes

This time it was a little different, it managed to go past the manufacture logo but then it would go completely black with a white line blinking, then after a couple seconds I would see the Windows logo and spinning dots but then it goes black and repeats the whole cycle again.


Note: I have checked the USB by using it on another computer and I was able to boot it with no problem. So it's not the USB that's dodgy.


I'm not too sure what else to do or what other remedies I can use in this situation. At this point I'm thinking of just going to a service centre, seeing a technician or buying new parts? But I would rather not buy new parts if it's not broken since my PC is fairly new, I bought it's parts only 4-5 months ago. Please any help is appreciated.

I tried Everything in repair mode. Start up repair, system restore( cant click next because it says "You must enable system protection on this drive). I even tried command prompt method to restore but while restoring i get another message system restore did not complete successfully with detail message of "system restore failed while restoring the registry from the restore point 0x80070002" Please help
