How do I STOP an unwanted "report" printout with details of the doc. I want to print as in .....\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates\Normal.dotm. I have tried many ways including my printer to no avail.

Printing stopped with November upgrade

Hey Prestonpdx,

I would suggest you check if the print spooler is running. Start/Stop print spooler service. Follow the steps below.

• 
  Press Windows key + R, type services.msc
  and press Enter.
  
• 
  From the list, locate Print Spooler service.
  
• 
  Double click on the service and select Stop.
  
• 
  Restart the computer, repeat step 1&2.
  
• 
  Double click on the service and check if the service is started.

printing a doc

Hi Jesinta,

Thanks for the response. Nothing comes up when I press ctrl+p. Under file, there is no print command listed.

Win 10 has changed this but I can't find an answer.

Any other suggestions?

I can print an email so printers are active.

 

I want Print a WorkList

I would like to see the print job in the same step as the attachment.

1. Start / Print Task List

2. Display active page

3. Work situation

4. End printing

5. Delete the task list





But my printer is:

1. Spooling.

2. Delete the task list.

3. Start printing.





The following specifications are available:

HP Color LaserJet Enterprise M553

Window 10 Pro



I can not see the details I are currently working on in the printout.

So can not be deleted during printing.

I had this question with HP,

The answer was to contact Microsoft.
