Windows 10: Stop Code.... CLOCK WATCHDOG TIMEOUT

this is the 5th time in less than 2 weeks that I have had my computer freeze up, BLUE SCREEN. it displays this code.. CLOCK WATCHDOG TIMEOUT

CLOCK WATCHDOG TIMEOUT.

После установки виндовс10(1709) система начала перезагружаться и выдала синий экран stop code: CLOCK WATCHDOG TIMEOUT. После перезагрузки система выдаёт тот же синий экран с такой же ошибкой. Откат и востановление предидущей версии не срабатывает,
не находит точек восстановления. Что делать???
