    stop code: CRITICAL PROCESS DIED


    I have a blue screen. Reading- Y|our PC ran into a problem and needs to restart. We're just collecting some error information, and then we'll restart for you

    100% complete.

    This screen is just sitting there for ever.

    Other information on the screen refers to www.windows.com/stpopcode

    I have used this and it is no good.

    I cannot find a restore point.

    Cannot start in safe mode.

    have tried everything through the bios and nothing works.

    Stop code: CRITICAL PROCESS DIED

    Did A restore because last automatic update made things run slow, now it says computer did not start correctly, shows Stop code: CRITICAL PROCESS DIED. It goes to automatic repair and has "restart" and "advanced options". Won't go to safe mode and won't
    do another restore, any suggestions on how to make it work again?
