    Stop code: SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION SPUVCbv x64 sys


    I have an HP Probook 4340s with SunplusIT - Camera, Other hardware - HP HD Webcam [Fixed]. This happens whenever i access any apps that uses my camera like skype, zoom, messenger, camtasia etc. Can anyone help me? Thanks

    SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION (igdkmd64.sys)

    Hi, I've been having BSOD errors. Usually it appears to be System Service Exception, but occasionally Kmode Exception Not Handled error would appear. Both have the same stop code (igdkmd64.sys). DMP and MSInfo files are available in the onedrive link below.

    Computer crashes: stop code: system service exception igdkmd64.sys

    From time to time my computer crashes. The stop code is: system service exception, and what failed is: igdkmd64.sys

    I'm not doing anything special when it happens so I have no clue what could be the cause of my problem. My computer is a Lenovo ideapad Y700 with an intel core i7, an Nvidia graphic card, Windows 10, and the free version of AVG as the antivirus.

    The computer is crashed with blue screen and restarted when I tried to open the video in MS-team
