    Could you assist please?

    I have an HP 610-1030 running Windows 10 64bit v 10.0.17134, AMD Radeon 5570 (driver 15.301.1901.0). When starting the PC I receive a Stop Code VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE - atikmpag.sys error. I have tried reinstalling the AMD component and the drivers without any success. I have also attempted to reinstall Windows 10 but again without success.

    BSOD/Black Screen While Gaming. Video_TDR_Failure atikmpag.sys


    Here are the tests on all of my drives. One thing that I noticed is that my Adata drive got a little hot yesterday, up to 46C and when that happened the drive throttled speeds so I am going to increase fan speeds in the case to see if that might help the SSD.

    Also about the AMD drivers, I have tried many different AMD drivers to fix this issue. I have tried about all of the drivers that have support for my RX 470 and none of them fixes the issue.

    Video_TDR_Failure (igdkmd64.sys)

    I tried the fix above and it only worked for a day then the same video_tdr_failure igdkmd64.sys appeared and restarted my pc. I have an Intel HD 4400 Graphics on my pc.

    Anyone have any other suggestions?

    I have already tried to install the newest versions of the video card from Intel which did not work.
