Windows 10: stop code win10

I am having trouble with my desktop freezing intermittently - going to a blue screen. It says it is collecting data and then will restart.

Well it just sits there with 0% showing & no data collected. So I simply power off, wait 10 sec then reboot. I ran a check with AVG driver updater and found no driver out dated. No idea what to do, particularly since shops are closed due to covid

• I used DDU to remove drivers
• I check the HP site for older drivers as you suggested but there are none for Win10. I downloaded Win8 driver but on install it reported it was not compatible
• I checked the AMD site and have used older driver 15.200.1062.1004 but still get same stop code error (if you need me to send the files please let me know)

Do you have any further suggestions please?

 

Network PC Win10 1903 issue Error Code 0x80070035

i followed these steps, but no matter what, i couldnt stop network list services.

"windows could not stop the network list service on local computer. error 1061: the service cannot accept control messages at this time".

also, which pc am i meant to be running this fix on? both PC's reported error 1061.
