Windows 10: stop update windows 10

Hi last year in December time i had no choice but to update windows 10 my pc went crazy all the docs changed so i managed to back date it and now it's due for another update end of this month and cannot extend the date anymore and i want to stop it permanently cos i am happy the way it's performing with my work, is there a step to step guide for me to follow or youtube clip so i can pause and follow directions am not pc literate and lucky i found this chat area thankyou hope to hear from a techy soon cheers

That doesn't stop windows update from grabbing them on next run, at least it didn't back in the RTM days. It simply stops a secondary process from installing them immediately.

How to stop Windows 10 from automatically installing new and updated drivers constantly (particularly for GPU users with stable drivers)

• Right click "My Computer"
• Click "Properties"
• Click on "Hardware" tab
• Click "Device Installation Settings"
• Tick the "No, let me choose what to do"
• Tick "Never install driver software from Windows Update"
