Windows 10: Storage disappearing

Hello Microsoft team, I got problems with my USB drive, it's a 2 TB drive. it started when I was downloading a game and when the game ask where the file should be downloaded, I select the 2 TB USB. after that, it start acting up, and the whole file inside was gone, and I have to restart my computer. and after that, my USB became 931 GB, and I search on youtube about file disappearing and how to recover file, I tried the one you use diskpart and clean them on the cmd, and I tried the recover delete files app too, don't seem to work. it seems like my USB was corrupted as youtube says. all I need

Two email storage files have disappeared Microsoft Outlook 2016

Using Microsoft OUtlook 2016. Two files for email storage have disappeared. They are not in the deleted or archive files.

Suggestions?

  Did you make any changes in BIOS?

  Are you getting any error message?
  

I suggest you to update Storage controller drivers and check if it helps.

Steps 1:

• 
  Press Windows key + X.
  
• 
  Select Device manager.
  
• 
  Expand Storage controller.
  
• 
  Right click on the driver and Update the drivers.
  

Steps 2: Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue
is with device. Refer these steps:

• 
  Press Windows key +X, select Control panel.
  
• 
  Change the view by option on the top right to Large icons.
  
• 
  Click on troubleshooting and click on the view all option on the left panel.
  
• 
  Run the Hardware and devices troubleshooter.

I checked as you suggested. This file is not listed there. So I think this is not the problem.
