What is Store Experience Host?

Did you ever find out what Store Experience Host was for? I just noticed this on my pc and decided to look it up and this is where I ended up. It sounds like a tracking/monitoring app. The fact that they (apparently)
didn't answer makes me think that is exactly what it is. And did you uninstall it? If so were there any problems? Thanks

 

What is Store Experience Host?

Do you understand that people may be asking this question because they are having an issue with their system and they are searching for programs that may be interfering with their previously installed software and/ or operating system? That like me they
are wasting precious time searching for an answer in a forum that is condescending? In my case, I am already aggravated by a problem and I am searching for relevant information to solve that problem. Please help your customers.

 

I saw this on mine in the past get updated. If everything seems ok, I'd just leave it alone/ignore it. I guess it's some kind of background thing that works with the store app.

Yeah I had it too. I believe loads of people did. It's harmless and will disappear after you update it . Take a system restore point before you do it just for re assurance

 

Ok what I must update the apps only . Or windows update ?

 

Just click update on the app within store
