    Strange audio issues windows 10

For better audio quality I use a mixer program called Voicemeeter Banana. This has worked very well for me but strange issues have popped up only to go away and then show up again. I have tried uninstalling Voicemeeter and the issues still persist which tells me this is a Windows issue. I have tried everything in fix sound issues windows 10 without success, that is restarting the computer, checking all settings and connections and reinstalling drivers. I even tried installing new Realtek drivers without it fixing the problem.

The issue itself is that audio is very distant and low quality, especially voices in songs or video which are barely audible. This seems to be an issue with balance between the left and right audio channels. If I for example change the balance to 0 left 100 right the audio seems fine although I'm missing the left channel and vice versa. However I do have music from both headphones just that I'm left with a mono mix from just one audio channel which means that music listening is pretty worthless. When the channels are equal the issue presents itself, that is distant audio with barely audible voices.

As I mentioned this is the third time the issue presents itself. The previous two times it again came completely randomly and seemingly not connected to any update. I sat for a few hours trying to debug it and solve it and after countless restarts and reinstalls it just ... worked. I have no idea what I did for it to work as I had taken the same steps countless times. I'm wondering if there is a pinpointable issue here so I can 100% know how to fix it. In the meantime I'll just hope it goes away on its own like it has before.

    :)

Strange Windows 10 User Account issue.

Unfortunately I had done those steps numerous reboots, it just, reappears for no good reason. The base account isn't even a Microsoft account, it's a local account.

I haven't quite tried the built in administrator account on W10, but so far in my experience on my own computer, the built in account seemed to have absolutely no more control than I did on my own.

It's just strange, I go in, it warns me twice about deleting the account, then it's gone. Reboot, and it's back?

EDIT: Just to specify, both command line and Netplwiz both say only HIS account exists on the computer, it doesn't list this rogue account. This is what I meant in my first post about the fact that even Windows doesn't seem to believe it exists, HALF the time. *Frown Strange audio issues windows 10 :(
