Windows 10: Strange behaviour after runinng any 365: New windows don't show top

A few weeks ago I noticed that some of my windows did not have the top stripe drawn: they missed 2 or 3 inches of the frame, none part of the virtual frame is drawn and not "exists". Just a white or for some software, black stripe.

I understood it happens after I run an Office 365 application (desktop installation).

Did you experience something similar? How did you fix it?

Here you can see some sample of what happens to me.
I ran Total Commander and then Firefox (I have 3 screens and this happens only in the screen I open(ed) the Office365 app)

• Did you try to login to a different user account to check if it is the same?

Thank you for using Windows 10.

I would suggest you to follow the steps:

• Open the Task manager. Here’s a tip: Press CTRL+Shift+ESC.
• Click File > Run New Task
• Make sure you have a check mark beside “Create this task with administrative privileges”
  
• Type CMD
• Type the following 4 commands at the CMD prompt:
  
  dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
  
  sfc /scannow
  
  powershell
  
  Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers |Where-Object {$_.InstallLocation -like "*SystemApps*"} | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
  
• Close the CMD window

Check to see if the issue is resolved. If not, restart the PC.

stuff that don`t work

Nice, no answers what so ever... still can`t open new notifications, still right-click don`t work on taskbar... and still no answer as to why
