Windows 10: Strange behaviour of Zoom application

This problem has been for about a week.My Zoom application never closes after a meeting no matter what. And after each meeting my camera stays on for a minute or two.What I want to ask here is that is it normal for apps to stay open like this? I can't shake off the feeling that the app has been hacked.

Interestingly, my Cortana also presents such a list, no numbers.

Try 'The first' 'The second' etc.

...which works well, until.... the list of available options extends beyond the box as here:




So this British English-sounding voice starts reading them 'Which Minitool do you wanna open...'

And reads the list...after which I see




Oh, come on Microsoft, this is as pathetic as your start menu, where I see



- these shortcuts, each for a different program, being taken from the folders of 2,3,or 4 per program in my nested start menu.

Which is one of a number of reasons I choose to use Classic Shell start menu which actually works. Reliably.

 

Badly zoomed in on all Office products and Explorer

I suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.

• If you have a mouse with a wheel, hold down the Ctrl key, and then scroll the wheel to zoom in or out.
• From the keyboard, you can increase or decrease the zoom value in 10% increments. To zoom in, press Ctrl + (+). To zoom out, press Ctrl + (-). To restore the zoom to 100%, press Ctrl+0.

Zoom in Adobe
