Windows 10: Strange Emails From You.

Hello, Every day I get this email "Please use this code to reset the password for the Microsoft account XXX". It purports to come from

*** Email address is removed for privacy *** I'm confused as to why I'm getting these and am not sure if it's an attempt at fraud. Any help would be appreciated. Have tried phoning various helplines but got nowhere.

My system is Windows 10, my browser is Google Chrome and my email is Windows live. When I open a hyperlink I get a blank/black page listed as "Untitled". Any suggestions?

if you reply they quickly put your email on a "working address, human there, reads spam" list and sell it off to all the other spammers for extra dollars.

if you want to do something, look up the domain whois or AS (google: AS lookup) and contact the abuse department of where they are hosted
