Windows 10: Strange entry in appwiz.cpl

I went into flag-key < appwiz.cpl to uninstall a different program, and I found this as one of the entries:

I have no idea what that is. It doesn't look like part of the Windows OS or something important. Should I uninstall this?

1. Open Programs and Features (Press Windows key + r), type 'appwiz. cpl' and click OK.
2. Locate and highlight Intel Optane Pinning Explorer Extensions.
3. Click Repair.

3.From the Window that appears select View installed updates.

4.Select the update through the KB number and hit uninstall.

once, it is uninstalled,then try to update through windows update and check.
