Windows 10: strange folder in temp

for what ever reason my temp folder contains a folder called q3edssxp.e0twhen tried to delete it it said that i do not have permissions to do soi would like to know what it is and why its there, bonus on how to delete it

The temp folder provides work space for programs. Yes they can be deleted. We suggest that you follow the steps provided by Sangeeta Sarkar on how to delete Temp files on this

link. You may also type in the search box Disk Cleanup and hit enter. It will evaluate your disk and give you a list of folders sizes that can be deleted.

A strange folder under Temp folder

Hello, I've recently stumbled upon a strange folder I don't remember seeing before which was located in the Temp folder in Local AppData.

The folder was named "scoped_dir17048_1392502419" and it contained two pictures, one was a profile picture of my mobile Discord account(I have a different account on my PC and phone) and the other picture was a profile picture of my friend on Discord.

Can anyone tell me what is that folder and why it contained these specific two pictures if possible?
