  1. Strange internet connectivity issues

So i’m running windows 10 on my alienware alpha that i’ve had for 5ish years now, and i’ve had this issue for about 3 months now. For a while, i wouldn’t be able to connect to my WiFi if i put my pc on standby. It would say theres no connections available, so when i would restart it would blue screen every single time. I’ve factory reset it recently and it fixed the blue screen on restart problem, but now when i launch any application, from microsoft edge to the troubleshooter, it automatically disconnects from whatever WiFi i’m on. Is this a hardware malfunction and not windows itself?
