    Strange Malfunction


    My Windows 10 PC is malfunctioning. If I try to open something, it deletes it instead of opening it. I download everything through Microsoft Edge so it gets scanned before being downloaded on my computer. It happens often but sometimes it gets fixed so by itself and it starts malfunctioning again after a few minutes. I need help with this. My laptop is rendered useless because of this.

    I have run a full scan through Windows Defender several times and it says there is no virus on my PC so it cannot be because of a virus.

    FireWire Malfunction

    I have an old video camera that requires a firewire. I've had two different firewire to USB ports saying that they have both malfunctioned within the seconds of inserting them into my computer. I've downloaded the IEEE 1394 Legacy ports and done them step
    by step but to no avail. Nothing seems to work and it keeps saying that it's malfunctioned. Please help!

    Strange Malfunction

    Keyboard malfunction

    My keyboard suddenly began malfunctioning and everytime I hit the backspace button, this appears-

    l-90iuop+æl-90iuop+æl-

    My windows button also started not working. Any suggestions?
