Windows 10: Strange problem: Some websites giving blank page on only 1 computer

Hi,i have a strange problem. On one particular computer certain sites not all websites, but several online shops that i can access via ubuntu on a different laptop just show blank white. doesn't give an error, and the URL gets forwarded to the login URL as if it's working properly, but nothing shows up. happens on Edge & Chrome & Firefox browsers. happens in regular window and incognito window. i've cleared cache and cookies specific to those sites. Doesn't happen on other computers on the same WLAN, so it's not network firewall / DNS related at least i don't think so. its able to

i have a strange problem. On one particular computer, certain sites (can't find any pattern) just show blank white. doesn't give an error, and the URL gets forwarded to the login URL as if it's working properly, but nothing shows up. happens on Edge & Chrome & Avast browsers. happens in regular window and incognito window. i've cleared cache and cookies specific to those sites. Doesn't happen on other computers on the same LAN, so it's not network firewall / DNS related (at least i don't think so). its able to reach the page, because it forwards to the HTTPS version and forwards to the login page. i can't figure it out.

A 1 page website, what would be my best option?

I'm looking for a low cost solution to having a website domain that only consisted of 1 page.. this page would only show a schedule of events for guests interested in what entertainment we will be offering for the week.

What's the cheapest way or site to use?

I ask because even if I search I doubt I could find a better offer than one someone will/could suggest.

Strange boot problem

I am trying to get my head round the 6 steps above before having a go. If you can expand on them it may give me a bit more confidence. I cant lose the whole contents of my PC.
