Windows 10: Strange Stuttering

For the past few months I've had this strange stutter that shows up occasionally on my computer. I've done all the steps linked here https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...ntegrity/75529fd4-fac7-4653-893a-dd8cd4b4db00 included completely wiping my drives and reinstalling windows. The problem seems to not happen on games that use Directx 12.Doom Eternal runs fine. Running LatencyMon reveals that nvlddmkm.sys, dxgkrnl.sys, and WDF01000.sys have high execution times. I'm not sure how to preceded. If it would help I have a onedrive doc with my systems dxdiag output ready to be shared. Am I dealing with hardware failure. I've checked my drives S.M.A.R.T status on my C:drive and have found no issues. Wondering what to do, the stuttering drives me crazy.

Strange song 'stutter' with XBox Music songs

Hello,

Ever since I have begun using XBox Music on my Lumia 920, I am experiencing a strange issue where towards the end of every song, there is a 'stutter' on each song that I play. Here is audio of what I am talking about.

Only happens with Xbox Music I stream. My purchased songs that I own play fine. Nokia Music works fine as well. Any help/suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.

Very interesting. Our default suggestion list for fighting stutter becomes more interesting.
