Windows 10: Strange White box on start up

Hello,


I hope someone can help.


This week, a strange white box appears in the corner of my Windows 10 desktop. It seems to appear once I connect to the internet. But it does not go away and cannot not be minimised. It also stays on top of all programs and so obstructs a quarter of my screen at all times.


Can someone please tell me if they have had this before and how you managed to remove it?


I cannot see any thing within my task manager that stands out as being the reason for it appearing,

Cheap Photo box that will get the job done

WEll i took on this project for PP hes a hardware reviewer and wants to get the professional looking pics for the Pc parts

Materials:

• Big cardboard box

• a razor

• white material 3 yards

• cone lights

• stapler

• medical tape

• pvc pipe about 6 inches longer than your box

• white paint any cheap finger paint would work

the project I'm guessing will cost me $30 if it works out properly
I will post pictures and step by step as i do it

when i push the win button and type to search for an app or anything i get this result.


i have restarted explorer.exe and completed these steps here: Cortana not finding Desktop apps when searching for them - Microsoft Community


but still nothing,
