Windows 10: stretch res apex legends

my nvidia control panel has 3 option i know my intel uhd graphics is hadleing that but bc of this i cant make a true strech res i play every game 4:3 but in apex legends just wont work i keep searching for videos how to do it on intel tried but there is black bars even when i scale full screen it just doesnt work if anyone know how to make strech res in like a external app or something pls help me i need stretched resolution

Apex legends and creative cloud

Hello, I, in general, am a mac user. My mac mini from 2012 got old and slow, and i am into gaming. I got a windows ten pc from best buy, and creative cloud tells me that it cant be opened because some dll file was missing, and i tried to open apex legends,
but i got this error saying "The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem."

I looked online, i found nothing. Someone please help.
