  1. Strong vibration sound from speaker and headphones both

Hi I bought Laptop on 10th of August 2021, from last two weeks I am facing a issue of strong vibration audio for 1-2 seconds when using the laptop for atleast 1/2 hour for any audio related work. This sound comes from both speakers and headphones, I tried all troubleshooting methods like updates drivers, Changing audio format, Disable audio Enchantment, and others. But didn't work, pls suggest me what should I do now

    :)

    No sound from speakers/headphones

Disconnect the front panel headphone/mic jacks from the motherboard and then see if the rear panel GREEN speaker jack works (either with speakers or headset). This is in case the front panel jack is causing no audio out. Power off the PC before opening and disconnecting the front panel audio.

The connector for the front panel audio is listed as #21 on the motherboard drawing (below).

Speakers have sound but headphones do not...

Since yesterday I have lost sound to my headphones on my Thinkpad 540p. The speakers work fine and they mute when the headphones are plugged in. I have tried another pair of headphones with similar result. I have spent the afternoon following advice here and on search engines without success. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Realtek drivers, run the troubleshooter, changed sound formats all to no avail. It seems my headphones are not seen by W10. When I go to Manage Sound Devices only the speakers are shown, no headphones (which are plugged in). Listing hidden devices is enabled. I cannot think of anything more to do so I'd be glad of some advice how I can proceed further, please.
