Issue Description - I am encountering a persistent issue with my second screen, an HP Compaq LA2206xc, which is connected to my laptop positioned on the left side. Despite my efforts to adjust the screen resolution, the second screen fails to display correctly. Specifically, it stretches the content across the entire screen, filling all available areas and distorting the image. I bought the monitor hp LA2206xc and under windows 10 the webcam is not recognised. I insatlled the latest available software on the hp website, but still nothing.

How to fix resolution on hp 2310 monitor

I recently purchased a new hp laptop with windows 11 but when i connect it to my hp 2310 monitor via hdmi the outer parts of the screen “hang off the edge” and are not visible, im using the suggested resolution for the monitor (1920x1080). In the past the display has been connected to a windows 10 hp laptop via vga and the suggested resolution displayed fine
