Windows 10: Stuck at 62% and nothing is happening

I am resetting my pcnot factory reset and for more than an hour it is preparing to reset and is stuck at 62%. I tried cancelling and trying it again but still gets stuck at 62%.

How long has it been stuck on 62%?

Before we do anything, do you happen to have a free USB and access to another pc if possible? That would give us the ability to create windows 10 media and install a clean version of windows on your machine if necessary.

Window Release Preview 19592 stuck at 62% install

Hi,

I'm currently running Window Release Preview 19536.

I tried running an update to the latest release preview "Window Release Preview 19592".

The process start & all required files are downloaded without issue as far as i can determine.

The install process follows next & it start.

Install process get to 62% & then progress stop. I left the system running for several hours (8hrs+) but nothing happen. it was still stuck at 62%
