Windows 10: Stuck at Getting files ready for installation

So,I Bought a New SSD Which is There's No OS Installed But When Did I Put The CD In,Wait For an hour,The "Getting files ready for installation" is still stuck at 64%,I Wait for an another hour,and still stuck at 64%,Please Someone Help Me

Hello MS,

i'm installing windows 10 from USB but

Getting files ready for i installation stage is stuck in %62

what should i do?

Yes it did,after that i press install and i did what you told me but the 'Getting Files Ready For Installation' stage still stuck then i waited 30 minutes and i got this error

0x8007045D then i reinstalled it again and i did not get this error again but still stuck
