Windows 10: Stuck at "working on updates" on windows 10 after clean install and blue screen

My computer, started to show a blue screen and i decided to format and clean install it from zero, the issue comes after i install updates just after the clean install, i reboot the pc as asked in the update section , and while in "working in updates" it frozes at 31% rigth after that the blue screen comes i´ve already try unplugging all usb devices, restore boot, every thing but keeps showing me the error, so i keep deleting the drive and installing it from scratch but every time happens the same.i don´t know what else to do please help

The BIOS update suggestion posted above by @Jegler helped me, @guhanath. I was on version 1.10 and updated to 1.90. The steps I took after that were just doing the official Windows 10 upgrade procedure.

Then the Windows 10 installation went without a hitch, and I'm no longer on Windows 7. I'm going to consider this solved, thank you @Jelger for the suggestion to update the BIOS!

 

Windows 10 clean install issues

I have the well known to the webs 'Start Menu Not working / Slow opening apps from taskbar' like you in RS3 aka Fall Creators update,
Even after CLEAN windows install...and there is no permanent fix out there, until M$ fix it.
So i have clean install RS2 Iso and block the updates so RS3 dont install to my system.
Im waiting for RS4 to be released hopefully fixes all those issues...but i doubt, they only thing they do is adding more and more bloatware.

All those articles are fresth from January 2018, mind you all those ''FIXES'' dont work.

The tutorials provided are just a list of troubleshooting steps. Use only the steps which apply to you.

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
