    Stuck between safe mode that doesn't accept my password and a bitlocker key I don't have.


    Hi all. I'm in a strange situation: was having problems with my graphics card, decided to boot in safe mode and use a tool to remove the drivers and then install them again. To do that, I went on normal node's msconfig and changed boot to safe mode.


    It wouldn't accept my password though. I found out I needed to boot on safe mode with networking, so I did shift+restart, selected change boot settings I think that's the name and restarted. However before I can get to the boot options a screen prompting me for my Bitlocker key appears.


    I have tried looking on my MS account, nothing. Also can't find it on Onedrive, it says I have no recovery keys on my account. I have never set up Bitlocker up, don't remember ever creating a recovery key for it...


    Anyway, I'm effectively locked out of my computer. how can I solve this problem?

    I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

    I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

    I’m having trouble logging into my PC from Safe Mode; Windows 10

    I can’t boot into normal mode. I’m trying to get out of Safe Mode but the only way to get out is to log into my PC with the password it asks me, but my password for some reason doesn’t work. The keyboard works fine. I use WiFi, and WiFi doesn’t work when in Safe Mode. I’m ultimately stuck right now. Can’t do anything else. Been trying all day, looking for countless solutions

    I also tryed safe mode, it still didn`t work on it. and Glucofacts Deluxe STILL does not work, so... you say that you don`t know how it started working on win 10 for you?
