Windows 10: Stuck in a windows 10 repair loop

Hey I’ve tried to do what many people have said on here yet none of them work, q couple other people have similar problems on here but are not the same. I am stuck on the repairing disk errors screen or the fixing screen it will switch between the two couple people have said to go open the safe boot area, but whenever I try to access it it won’t open, restarting multiple time doesn’t work pressing the power button three times while on the diagnostic screen either shuts it down on the first press or does nothing and t the F8 key won’t do anything doesn’t help that my keyboard doesn’t fully
