Windows 10: Stuck in "Automatic Repair" loop, can't log in to admin account

I'm in a perfect catch-22 here and I've scoured the internet for help but no one has the combination of problems that I do.


My windows 10 tablet has gotten stuck in the "Automatic Repair" loop and restarting keeps bringing it back to the automatic repair screen. Ive tried rebooting in safe mode but that has no effect. The catch-22 is as follows:


1. In order to do any operations like a system reset or recovery, I need to log in to my windows account. I had forgotten my password, so I reset it from my phone. This was a problem because:


2. My tablet cannot find any wifi networks, so it can't get my updated password. I tried going through the command prompt to reset the IP/TCP but it still can't find any networks.


In other words, I cannot do any recovery or repair operations outside of Startup Settings which has no effect on the automatic repair loop and the command prompt, because I cannot log into my account, and I can't log in with my reset password because my tablet cannot find any wifi networks and i don't know how to get it to detect them.

stuck in "preparing aumatic repair" and no-admin-account-found loop

Windows 10 computer stuck in repair loop. It doesn't recognise there is sn admin account so won't open system restore etc options or command prompt. I've tried holding power key down for eg 10 seconds over and over again, ten or so times on the run. It still
won't start in safe mode.

I've tried pressing escape when restarting to access system menu to start in safe mode but just goes straight into the repair loop.

Any suggestions - without losing the docs, photos etc on there?
