Windows 10: Stuck in Blue Screen of Death: Critical_process_died

Hello, I have a Razer Blade 13 and I left it downloading a Steam game overnight and when I woke up, it isn’t connected to any network. I clicked the network icon in the taskbar and all it had was “flight mode” which can’t even be toggled. I did the first “network troubleshoot” it offered but nothing happened even after a couple restarts.

On device managers, the first network adapter has a yellow warning triangle sign and I decided I would reset the PC instead.

After reset, the network adapter still has the same warning icon and my only option when clicking the network icon is still just flight mode.

I remember seeing the error called Code 10 and I think it was on my driver/network adapter.

One of the online solutions I saw was to restore from an update and I restored from an update that happened just around 12 hours from the troubleshooting, but sadly, problem still wasn’t solved.

I uninstalled the driver and reinstalled it (I have an old spare macbook where I downloaded the driver and a flashdrive and just transferred the driver) and at first, the warning logo disappeared, so I tried to click on the Internet button in the task bar THEN my laptop crashed and got stuck in bluescreen.

I have tried every option that the bluescreen offers but they are all hardstuck — my PC no longer resets too.

I tried to contact Razer and maybe I can ship them back my laptop (IDK how Razer Care works I hope it gets solved seamlessly I’m scared of costs) — but on the meantime they adviced me to try a couple CMD Prompts which neither worked — one which was “sfc /scannow” and after scanning, the prompt says “could not perform requested operation” and the other was DISM which showed me error 50 and 87

Another suggestion I got was to open the laptop and remove and put back the battery but the screw is a star shaped one that requires a torx screwdriver but all the torx screwdrivers I had accessible were way too big for this one, if anyone knows the size of this specific screw so I can know which screwdriver size I need, I can try to purchase one and give the solution a try, or maybe purchase one just in case I need to do this in the future.

W10 - Blue screen of death CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED when connected to charger (laptop)

Lately my laptop has been getting these blue screen of death CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED messages constantly and I've noticed they only occur when the charger is plugged in and the battery is not full. if the charger is not connected, the blue screen will not
appear. I have updated all my drivers and run a virus check but the problem persists. I got a simple virus some time ago after which the blue screens started occasionally appearing (after getting rid of the virus). I've also noticed that just before the error
appears, there appears something like an application for less than a second in the task bar, which then disappears and error appears. That application does not have any picture on it (when compared to Chrome for example).

Could you guys suggest any possible fixes for the problem?
