Windows 10: Stuck in BSOD loop

My Dell laptop is 2 months old, and I've been stuck in a BSOD loop since last night. I have a paper on the computer that's due soon and am beyond stressed. I got a message yesterday (before the crash) about NVIDIA drivers needing to be updated, so I'm thinking maybe an update of that failed? Or maybe Windows tried to update and failed?

The original error message said something along the lines of "watchdog" and maybe "timer" or "timout"? I regret not taking a picture or writing it down, but I didn't realize what an ordeal this would become. No matter what I do now, I'm getting redirected to the same "choose an option" screen. I tried to restore using my recovery key, and it just goes back to the same screen. Setup repair doesn't know how to fix the issue. It's not allowing me to safe boot. Command line says it can't find C: .

Does anyone have any idea what I can try, or what information I can gather that may help? I know this is a long shot, but I spent so long on my paper and am going to be devastated if I have to redo it, especially since this is a brand new, expensive laptop.
