Windows 10: stuck in Driver Verifier BSOD Loop

Thanks to some fantastic advice from a user here I am currently stuck in a BSOD loop after running Driver Verifier


Cannot reach log in screen

system restore is failing

System image recovery has no image saved (whoops)

All other troubleshoot options either failing or unable to conplete as i cannot log in


Looking for any help that will save me from a windows reinstall and losing all my programs

• What is the complete error message that you're seeing on the screen?

Stuck on Reboot of BSOD with Driver Verifier

So, I f*cked up, hard. My computer was really warm and acting funny, then it had a BSOD with no stated source. Then, it kept doing it every 2-3 minutes after I rebooted. So, I refreshed it and attempted to update my drivers to find out what was wrong.
I updated all of them and then started to get a ntoskrnl.exe BSOD. I tried to run driver verifier as it then popped up with a isctd64.sys BSOD. Now, I'm stuck in a loop of BSOD's with the driver verifier thing with the isctd64.sys stated as the source. However,
I can't get it to reboot past this. Refresh won't work. System startup repair won't work. Safe mode won't accept my password to log me into my account. Also, even turning off driver verifier will not work. I am at my tipping point and I just don't know what
to do. I feel so stupid because I can't figure it out.

 

Driver verifier not creating dump file

I'm getting frequent BSOD. I started the driver verifier as suggested.

At first, windows stuck at the boot loop, It didn't even show any BSOD. It just kept booting and turning off again and again. It didn't go past motherboard logo.

After some changes in the verifier, It was able to show windows logo but crashed before fully booting to "Driver verifier detected violation"

And it didn't even create any dump file. (All dump file setting are correct one ) As it is known that a driver is causing BSOD. How to know which one?
