Windows 10: Stuck in Log-in Safe mode with networking

A recent windows update screw with something and started making my cpu to overheat. I went to safemode to reverse the update but got stuck in the log-in because it ask for my password instead of my pin. I didnt remeber my password so I change it through the phone. That didn't help since it didn't change the password because the change to it was never change for the lack of connection. Try logging throught safe mode with networking through lanmy only option but it doesn't seem to connect. The only thing that appears at the internet symbol the globe with a circle with a line crossed is a plane mode.

Stuck in safe mode in windows 10

Safe mode is intended to help fix most, if not all problems within an operating system, it's not good if we got stuck on it. To correct this, we suggest that you follow the steps below to exit out of Safe mode:

• Open Run command by pressing Windows key + R
  keys on the keyboard and type msconfig in the command box and press
  Enter.
• Under General tab, put a check on Normal Startup option.
• Reboot the system and check if the changes are effective.

Let us know if you are able to exit out of Safe mode with these steps.

PIN password option on safe mode is not enabled. You will only be allowed to use a password to access your computer in safe mode. To assist you better, kindly answer these questions below:

• Are you referring to a local user account or a Microsoft account?
  
  Is your computer connected to the network via WiFi or through an Ethernet cable?
• Have you tried the troubleshooting steps on this
  link that was provided by Yashwanth Kotakuri on March 19, 2016?

Safe Mode with Networking - No network - No WiFi adapter...

I'm not sure what build they made the change in . I have tried every suggestion I found and nothing worked. When in Safe Mode my wireless network doesn't even show up so I can't choose it as a option.

Edit: I just tried booting into Safe Mode. The network icon had a X in it. When I clicked on it the only option was Airplane Mode.
